MANTAS Part Ways With Vocalist BRI?

September 11, 2005

Vocalist Bri is rumored to have left MANTAS, the British band featuring former VENOM guitarist Jeff "Mantas" Dunn. A replacement singer has yet to be announced.

Prior to Bri's departure, MANTAS were gearing up to record their second album through Demolition Records. The follow-up to the group's acclaimed debut, "Zero Tolerance", is now not expected to surface before early 2006.

MANTAS' "Zero Tolerance" album included contributions from former VENOM/current ATOMKRAFT frontman Tony Dolan and drummer Cherisse Osei, who has since gone on to find success with the U.K. all-girl rock/pop band THE FADERS. A video for "Zero Tolerance" is available for streaming and/or download at this location.
